...Warner Reprise Video has announced the release of "Title of DVD" from FILTER. The DVD contains the same material as the "Phenomenology" VHS released in 1995 as well as two bonus tracks, "Welcome to the Fold" and "One." Also featured are six of the band's music videos, live performance footage, interviews and the electronic Press Kit for the album release of "Title of Record." The DVD will be released on December 7th, 1999, has a running time of 74 minutes and is priced at $24.99...

...Another former VAN HALEN vocalist, DAVID LEE ROTH, is suing his former personal manager in a battle over a website in which Edmund Anderson is selling Roth-related memorabilia. According to Roth, the site was okay when he and Anderson were working together but now that they've got their separate ways, Anderson needs the rocker's permission...
