...Sanctuary Records will release TONY IOMMI and GLENN HUGHES "The 1996 DEP Sessions" on September 28, 2004. The CD was originally recorded when Iommi was working on a solo album and asked Hughes to collaborate with him as a singer and songwriter. They worked on demos and recording and were joined by keyboardists Don Airey (Rainbow, Ozzy Osbourne, Deep Purple) and Geoff Nicholls (Black Sabbath). The CD was never released (except for a crappy bootleg) and it wasn't until earlier this year that Iommi reviewed the tapes at his home studio and thought about completing and releasing the CD. New drum tracks were recorded by Jimmy Copley, who played on Iommi's acclaimed, all-star-laden 2000 solo album and engineer Mike Exeter and Iommi mixed the 1996 tracks and stripped them down to the basics to help add to the clean, raw feel...

As flashing lights from photographers blinded fans, Anna walked towards the custom motorcycle, etched with the TRIMSPA logo. Anna sat on the chopper and posed, as photographers continued their frenzy. Approximately five minutes later, Anna was escorted to another red carpet inside the casino for more photographs and interviews. I had an opportunity to congratulate Anna on her "Anna Nicole" clothing line. Her clothing line includes tops, skirts, T-shirts, and jeans. Anna nicknamed her line "Tex Sex" because of her Texas upbringing and sexy style. Anna worked with designer Christian Audigier. The party continued inside the Sheik night club Body English until the wee hours...

Mitchell and bassist Andrew Elderbaum have
left the band and have been replaced by Nick Ghanbarian
on bass and John Hallihan on drums. The band will
debut the new lineup on Friday, August 27th. The band release the following

We're sorry to announce that Andrew and Jim will no longer be playing in
Bayside. They both have their personal reasons for leaving the band and if they
wish to make them public they will. Jim and Andrew were great to make music with
and are still good friends of ours. We want to wish them the best of luck in
everything they choose to do from here. Andrew and the rest of us have decided
that he will still be involved in the writing process. We are real excited to
start working with John and Nick. They are absolutely incredible musicians and
great guys. Jack, Nick, John and Myself are all very excited to begin a new
chapter in the Bayside Saga. Thank you to Jim and Andrew for everything they
have been to us and done for us...
