...SPASTIC INK have signed with Marquee, Inc. for the release of their eagerly awaited sophomore release, "Ink Compatible." The Halford DEP features eleven songs recorded live at the House of Blues in Anaheim California on February 7, 2003. ...SUSPERIA will release their third album, "Unlimited," on March 22nd, 2004...


...KOCH Records will release "Spin the Bottle: A Tribute to KISS" on April 27th. The all-star salute to the legendary band
features eleven classic KISS tracks covered by members of MOTORHEAD, TWISTED SISTER, SLAUGHTER, WINGER, THE MELVINS, HELMET, KING'S X, L.A. GUNS, MCAULEY-SHENCKER GROUP. Bob Kulick, who recorded several albums with KISS and toured with Paul Stanley on his solo tour, is the executive producer of the CD and his brother Bruce (who played in the band for eleven years) will contribute as well. ...Lion Music has announced the formation of MCM, featuring Alex Masi on guitars, Randy Coven on bass and John Macaluso on drums. Originally envisioned as a series of live performances, things worked out better than planned. Says Masi of the band's creation: "We got together as a trio for the very first time in a little dingy room inside someone's house in a wild Mexico City neighborhood for the purpose of working out some numbers to play at the gig the following night. We had pretty much nothing worked out and the equipment available in that room was atrocious but after a moment of panic something clicked and we just jammed away till they had to drag us out of that hole." The band has now recorded an hour-long CD, entitled "Ritual Factory," that features everything "from progressive rock to experimental jazz, from funk fusion to Indian rhythms and phrasing with the addition of 'Black Market' a Weather Report classic that MCM jammed on the stages of their first tour and was wildly received."...
