WIRED ALL WRONG

"Break Out the Battle Tapes" (Nitrus; 2006)

Wired All Wrong's "Break Out The Battle Tapes" has a lot going for it. The band uses pop and rock to make an interesting combination that almost makes it, but falls short of being heavy enough to be real Rough Edge material.

Don’t get me wrong: Wired All Wrong is a very talented band that has a lot going for it. The lyrics are clever and the tunes are catchy and easy to get right into. However, I did not like the poppy sweet sound that is far too 80s for me to take "Break Out the Battle Tapes" seriously.
