TIRADE

"Tirade" (Bill Boe Baggins Records)

Reviewed by Snidermann

Made up of former members of Bouncing Souls, Mephiskapheles, Murphys Law and Integrity, Tirade is a rock trio with a good product, musically.  However, the vocals are far too one-dimensional and too often sabotage the good songs here. The music is hard, simple and obviously created with lots of talent and emotion. The bland vocals leave something to be desired.

In the band's defense, this is only a 4-track demo reviewed here; perhaps the vocals are more dynamic on other tracks.

Tirade: Dan Jeselsohn - bass; Bill McKinney - guitar and vocals; Mike McDermott - drums.

Rating Guide:

A classic. This record will kick your ass.

Killer. Not a classic but it will rock your world.

So-so. You've heard better.

Pretty bad. Might make a nice coaster.

Self explanatory. Just the sight of the cover makes you wanna hurl.
