STITCH
Reviewed by Snidermann
Stitch, a heavy metal band out of San Jose, California, is one awesome band and this release proves it. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this recording.
We lucked into meeting up with Stitch. Rough Edge Editor R. Scott Bolton and myself had headed down to a great nightclub in L.A. called "The Garage" for a listening party for the new Armored Saint record. Stitch was playing in the next room and were awesome live (check out my review by clicking here) so I asked them for a copy of their CD to review here on Rough Edge.
The band’s own flyer describes their music best: "Heavy aggro tribal groove" and they describe their CD as "50 unrelenting minutes of a different taste of California metal ... Indulged incorporated" and "This is your music to take the power back."
That about sums up Stitch: hard, heavy, aggressive, make-your-ears-bleed metal. I loved it!!
Stitch is Mark Aceves, bass and vocals; Pete Sattari, guitar/vocals; Rich Harris, drums and vocals.
If you like your metal hard and heavy I suggest you go online at http://www.stitchweb.com and purchase this fucking killer recording.
