"Misura" (Twist of Fate Records)

Misura is a barely controlled explosion of heavy metal lunacy. I was ready not to like the band because the heavy, gritty vocals turned me off at first; however, I found myself warming to them after the first few cuts. The lyrics are as dark and twisted as you can imagine - what fun! The music is strong, powerful and dynamic - at the very cutting edge of metal today.
Just take a quick look at some of the song titles and tell me this isn't a great band (with a killer sense of humor to boot): "Rose Tinted Beer Goggles," "Pride In Perversion," "A Girl Named Pinocchio" - just to name a few. Misura fucking cooks.
