LIQUID OPTIMISM

"The Last Stand" (Self-produced; 2010)

Reviewed by Snidermann

On "The Last Stand," Australia's Liquid Optimism plays rock'n'roll with an edge, full of energy and vitality ... in a word: fun. Raw and edgy, powerful and full of life, "The Last Stand" rocks with an infectious intensity that gets the blood boiling.

The only negative thing I can say about this release is that I wish there were more than the seven songs on this recording. However, if this band keeps putting out this quality of music, I suspect we will be hearing more from this very talented band. This is far from their last stand.

Pretty bad. Might make a nice coaster.

Self explanatory. Just the sight of the cover makes you wanna hurl.
