The musical equivalent of a nuclear blast, 4DK is razor-sharp guitars, fast pounding drums and vocals that scream out the anthems of a hero-hungry generation. The four track CD we received was impressive mostly in its guitar work courtesy Todd Bourg. Bourg's chops are laser-sharp and chunky as hell when necessary. Drummer Ramon Salles provides the band's heavy, steady beat while vocalist Chuck Cordero gives voice to the 4DK's musical epics. Bassist Terry Casserly threads it all together with his thumping bass. This CD nicely catches 4DK's explosive live power and contains it without overwhelming the senses.
