EDGE OF ATTACK
"Edge of Attack" (Spread the Metal Records; 2013)

There is just something about female metal singers: Lita Ford, Doro Pesch, Kittie, Otep Shamaya, Christina Scabbia (Lacuna Coil) and Sarah Deva Jezebel (she fronted Cradle Of Filth for 14 years). And that was just off the top of my head.
Now I can add a couple more names to that list: Roxanne Gordey, vocals, and Denver Whipple, bass. Edge of Attack kicks major ass. It's wham bam, in-your-face, fiery music.
Trevor Swain, Jurekk Whipple and Dallas Dyck finish up the band and together they slice through the CD like they were sliding a butcher knife through my musical cortex. Edge of Attack is simply a kick ass metal band that pushes it to the limit with each and every number. High quality metal that bites back.
