CROSSBONES' CREED

"Troublemaker" (Self-released; 2020)

Reviewed by R. Scott Bolton

"Troublemaker," by Russia's Crossbones' Creed, is an entertaining listen from the very first track to the very last. The songs are dynamic, expertly performed and perfectly recorded. It's as crisp and clear a hard rock record that I've heard in a long time and the music basically leaps out of your player.

Wtih vocals that sound like a cross between Axl Rose and Myles Kennedy, guitars that sparkle in the rhythm and flash like broken glass in the leads and tempos that take their time to strut, every track on "Troublemaker" is a winner.

There's a possibility that "Troublemaker" might be a little less heavy and a little more Southern-bent than you prefer but that's a matter of personal taste ... like all music should be.

Pretty bad. Might make a nice coaster.

Self explanatory. Just the sight of the cover makes you wanna hurl.
