CONVERGE
"Bloodmoon: 1" (Epitaph; 2021)

I have heard of the band Converge and I have heard of Chelsea Wolfe; however, I have never reviewed them. So here goes:
This recording is called "BloodMoon: 1" and what I found was some awesome heavy metal music. Frequent readers know that I really dig the female metal singers and Chelsea Wolfe is a great one. Combined with Converge, this is one really good heavy metal release. It ranges from the light, progressive style rock to the real heavy metal with the screaming vocals and every genre therein together.
As I said, I like female vocalists and Chelsea Wolfe is a great one. This is one heavy metal outfit that play music the way it was meant to be played: loud, in-your-face and right there in your fucking ears.
Check this album out and you'll know what I mean. They fucking ass.
