COLD

"13 Ways to Bleed on Stage" (Flip/A&M; 2000)

Reviewed by Snidermann

Cold is solid metal with more heart than most bands will ever have. The music is strong, genuine and delivered from the soul. The delivery is even paced, thought-out and melodic, however, the moderate pace is not a letdown in the least. In fact, it's just the opposite. Cold cooks from start to finish.

Produced by Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst, Cold delivers a thoroughly enjoyable spin and the more I spin the CD, the more I like it. This is the best garage band around today.

I've been holding this until the end of the review: Cold is hot!!!!

COLD is Scooter - vocals, keys and guitars; Sam - drums; Kelly - guitar; Terry - guitar; Jeremy - bass.

Rating Guide:

A classic. This record will kick your ass.

Killer. Not a classic but it will rock your world.

So-so. You've heard better.

Pretty bad. Might make a nice coaster.

Self explanatory. Just the sight of the cover makes you wanna hurl.
