Imagine: SLAYER meets IRON MAIDEN meets DAVID BOWIE. The Claymords' CD, "...More Sombre Than Life," is an intriguing collection of tunes that at one moment sounds like death metal, the next like grindcore. What sets them apart, however, is their above-average songwriting ability and vocals that range from sounding like Tom Araya to David Bowie to Pete Steele. Unique, indeed.
