BLUSHING WELL

"This Flesh I'm In" (800lb Productions; 2006)

Reviewed by Snidermann

Blushing Well's "This Flesh I’m In" utilizes an interesting sound with guitar and vocals, each complementing the other nearly perfectly. The sound has a strong guitar chord background with just enough techno flavor to keep it interesting.

I found the vocals to be a bit forced and I never really got what the band was trying to do. As the presentation moved forward, I found myself distracted by the strange vocal arrangement and not the good things in the music I noticed.

Good strong musical production, but the vocals are the weakest part of otherwise very good band.
