ANOTHER DESTINY PROJECT

"The Meaning of Life" (Self-produced; 2013)

Reviewed by Jeff Rogers

Another Destiny Project is Peter Pahor. He is a one man wrecking machine. He does it all, because he's the producer and guitarist. This EP is seven tracks of some pretty cool music; heavy metal mixed with keyboards and spoken voice. There are vocals on a few tracks and they are distorted metal all the way. A lot of the music would be considered instrumental because there are spoken words or quotes to open the song and then maybe some vocals but most of the time it's just music, really awesome music.

EPs are a great way to hear music and this EP is one of the best I've heard in a long time. Peter Pahor does have a couple of features on this EP. He has two tracks, one that features Susana C. Marquez on vocals. Susana does a lot of cover songs; I'm not sure how he found her but the track is great nonetheless. Peter also teams up with Skylab. They have a funky futuristic sound and their track doesn't sound like any others on the EP.
